Lecture at Forum Media: Obligations of the employer on record keeping in the labour field

We held a seminar in cooperation with Forum media (https://forum-media.rs/), on a subject Obligations of the employer on record keeping in the labour field. Seminar participants had a chance to know more on the records in labour field which the employer has to keep by law, and which records is employer desireable to keep in order to protect his business, which types of records exist, how should their content look and in which way they are kept, how is the employee data collected through record keeping gathered, processed, used and protected.
