Judgment of Court of Appeal in Belgrade: Rehabilitation of Milan Nedić legally rejected

Law office Naumović & partners was actively involved in a process of rehabilitation of Milan Nedić as an attorney of Jewish Community of Belgrade (https://jobeograd.org). In a procedure which is, by the way, one-sided by law and for that reason Jewish Community of Belgrade could not take part in a proceedings as the opponent of rehabilitation, we managed to find a legal way and carry out the witness hearings based on the proposal of Jewish Community of Belgrade which statements were of significant value for a court decision in this procedure. In this procedure the High court in Belgrade brought the decision on July 11^th 2018 which rejected the request for rehabilitation of Milan Nedić, and the following decision has been confirmed by a Court of Appeal in Belgrade on April 23^rd 2019.
