We did a lecture in ICT Hub Belgrade (https://www.icthub.rs), on a subject Legal for startup – 7 legal steps for every startup.
Law office which was founded in 1995, developed during the years an expertise in many legal areas, such as contract law, IT law, intelectual property law and other areas of law close to high-tech companies and business models.
Based on our years of experience in work with startups and young companies, we conducted young IT entrepreneurs through 7 legal steps which every entrepreneur has to take in order to secure an unimpeded work of his company, and what is interesting is that some of those steps we have to make long before the foundation of the company itself.
