Working Breakfast with the Law Firm Naumović & Partners

On Wednesday, February 16th, in cooperation with the Naumović & Partners Law office the working breakfast was organized for members of the SAM organization.

The lecture on RISK MANAGMENT DURING TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT was delivered by our founder and chairman of the Supervisory Board of SAM, attorney Zoran Naumović and Ivana Branković, partner in this law office.

Members of SAM had the opportunity to participate in this two-hour long discussion on this very current issue in the daily managerial practices. Presentation of the mode of termination of the employment contract, reasons for termination of employment, problems in the delivery of notices and warnings, as well as examples from everyday practices have made this a very interesting business breakfast. Also, as the most important element of this breakfast, participants were acquainted with the risks faced by every manager when he/she is forced to dismiss an employee.

Given that the members of SAM showed very high interest in this topic, and we will soon organize a working breakfast to continue the discussion on managerial contracts.
